Returns and Cancellation Policy

We do repeat quality checks of our products before packing and delivering to you. We also take utmost care in packaging our products for safe transit. We just love our products and so would you. 
Nonetheless, if there is still a problem with the product, we will be happy to take it back and provide replacement to you absolutely free of cost as per 7 Day Free Returns policy.

7 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY

The 7 Day Free Returns covers all products under following conditions:
a. the product is found to be defective or damaged.
b. You have received a product other than the one you ordered.
c. The product substantially differs from its description on the website
Disclaimer:  Most of our products are handcrafted. Each piece is crafted individually and hence no two pieces can be absolutely same. Please expect minor variations and imperfections that exist in handcrafted products by the inherent nature of the handcrafting process. These imperfections make the product unique and are not considered as defects or different from the product descriptions.
Note: The products shall only be considered to have a defect if they are not fit for use. This shall be the case if they have a substantial defect in the material or making or substantial differences from the product descriptions.
Procedure to apply for FREE 7 Day Return
1.    We suggest our customers to please always click an unboxing video of the product parcel and if product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please click pictures of the damage or defect, right then.
2.    We will need the unboxing video and the photos of the product showing damage or defect to assess the return claim. Having these evidences assists in expediting the approval of return claims.
3    Please call our customer care or write to us about the improper product delivery with the video and photographs within 24 hours of receiving the order.
4    We will do our best to compensate for the unpleasant experience. The return claim will be expedited and processed at the earliest and we will ensure the replacement is provided at the earliest, within 7 days.
5    Once the return request is accepted, our customer care will send an approved return id and instructions to return the product to us.
6    We may schedule a return pickup, if your area code is serviceable or else request you to ship the product back to us.
7    Once your returned product is received by us, we will inspect the returned product and process the return claim. Once the claim is accepted, you will be reimbursed return shipping cost of the shipment, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy for Free Returns.
8    Once the return is accepted, we will send the replacement to you at the earliest. If the replacement product is not in stock, you can choose to take refund or exchange.
9    If you choose to exchange the product, full order amount will be refunded in your store credit. You can then place a fresh order of your selection.



7 DAYS RETURN
Kalpvriksh also gives you an option to return the product, if you do not wish to keep it, for any other reason such as change of mind, within 7 Days from the day of delivery. We will arrange a return, if possible or ask you to courier the product back to us.
The following RULES and EXCEPTIONS apply to 7 DAY RETURN Policy:
1.    We accept returns made within 7 days from the day of delivery.
2.    We do not return or exchange jewellery, hair accessories and scarves for any reason other than damaged, defective or incorrect product. These are free size.
3.    To return your purchase, please call customer care at +91 7738014015 or inform by email, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any later reporting will not be considered for return.
4.    All products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The tags should not be broken, removed or tampered with. We do not accept returns, if product has been used (misused) or mishandled. Please do not remove tags from the products, else it will be considered used.
5.    In case you had purchased product, which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the product, please also return the free gift.
6.    If your address is not serviceable for a reverse pickup or you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
7.    Once your return has been approved, we will refund the money in 10 days; it will be credited back to the source of payment or your bank account. In case of Cash on Delivery payment, money will be credited to your store credits that can be used by you any time. Please contact our customer care for any details you may need.
8.    If you wish to return the product for reasons other than the ones for FREE Return, you will be required to pay for forward and reverse shipping.
9.    If you opt to take refund for the return, you will be charged a small fee of 10% of the product value or Rs 150, whichever is higher. This fee is for processing the return, packaging expenses and as compensation for loss of our sale, while the product was removed from our stocks. 
10.    If you opt to take refund in your store credits for future purchasing, amount equal to the order value paid by you minus a token amount of Rs 50 for incurred expenses and applicable forward and reverse shipping charges, will be credited in your store credits.
11.    Please note if you have not paid any shipping charges that is Kalpvriksh has given free shipping to you at the time of placing the order and the purchase is returned, Kalpvriksh will deduct the shipping charges incurred in forward and reverse shipping from the amount to be refunded.

How do I return my purchase to Kalpvriksh?
There are two ways to return the product to us. In most locations we offer a pickup service to facilitate the return process. If we don't offer a pick up at your location, or if you prefer, you can ship the product back to us. If your return qualifies for FREE RETURN and you self ship the product back to us.  we will reimburse you the shipping charges as follows
1.    For products less than 1Kg in weight, amount of Rs 40 per 500gm of weight of the shipment or the actual charges whichever is lesser will be reimbursed.
2.    For products more than 1kg in weight, amount of Rs 60 per kg or actual expenses whichever is lower, will be reimbursed.
Please pack the product well to avoid any damages in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the product shipment reaches the destination safely. So proper packaging is very essential to avoid any delays in the return processing.
The parcel can be sent by speed post or by any good courier using surface transport if shipment is heavy.

How long will it take me to receive refund for my return?
You will receive a call back from us within 48 hours of your request
·    We will arrange return shipment or request you to ship it back to us
·    Please pack the product to be returned in the same box with all tags, stickers and original invoice
·    Please ensure to package the parcel properly for safe transit
·    Once we receive the shipment, product will be checked for quality and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition
·    Once the refund has been approved, we will replace the product or refund the money or give store credits
·    The entire process may take 7-15 days. We take up to 7 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our facility. The return time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver it back to us.
How do I return multiple products from a single order?
If you are returning multiple products from a single order, you will receive a separate Return ID and email for each product. However, you can ship all the products delivered in a single order in a single shipment.


Does Kalpvriksh.com pick up the product I want to return from my location?
The pickup facility is available only in select PIN Codes. If your delivery location is serviceable, we will arrange return pickup for you. Please keep the shipment ready for handover once pickup has been arranged.

I would like to Self-Ship the return myself to Kalpvriksh.com. How can I do this?
If your pin code is not covered by our pickup service or you choose to ship the return to us, you will need to self-ship the product by courier. Once the return request is accepted, you will be sent the return id and instructions to send the return shipment. For any queries, you could get in touch with our customer care.

For all FREE RETURNS (as per policy above) of self-shipped packets, you will be reimbursed the shipping costs as per policy above. This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end and found to be eligible for 7 DAY FREE RETURNS.

When should I ship my return package?
Please do not ship your return package until your return request is accepted by Kalpvriksh. Once you inform the customer care about the return, you will be sent an approved return id and return label. The return package should be returned with the approved return id and label pasted on the product & box. Our customer care will send instructions to facilitate the return process for you.

Please note, any package returned without the approved return id, will not be considered for return process. Please understand that it is difficult for us to identify packages at our warehouse without proper labelling.

Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order on Kalpvriksh, it can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. Please email or call our customer care, with the order details, to check the order status and get it cancelled. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still do not want the order, please accept the order on delivery and follow our returns process as per return policy.
